Will fasting eliminate fat pads, fat pads are good they keep the face youthful and lean when they degenerate with age you look bloated and shit

Will fasting ruin them or will they come back if there gone temporarily

it might affect fat pads a bit but iirc the main thing it decreases is collagen, and by a lot too so it might not be a great idea anyway

Exactly. I'm not even sure if age changes the buccal fat. Other deep compartments, especially the ones under the eye, are def affected by age though.
