I don't think so. Bulging eye fat happens because the eye's own fat comes out from below the muscle near the orbital rim, and then falls down.

It looks like haemorrhoids, but from your eye :feelsokman:

The extra fat under the eye should visa versa prevent this: if there is fat on the rim, it will stop the internal fat falling down... but anyways, Im not Taban...
