Will fillers improve the projection of the sides of the upper lip/upper vermillon border?

Mi lower lip is pretty good but my lower lip lacks projection on the sides/look like they are in my mouth kinda? I pointed out with the arrows about where they look like theyre „inside“. Could filler/lip lift or something like VY-Mucosa Advancement surgery fix/improve this? And are there softmaxxes to fix this, or only filler/surgery?

Fillers can improve it, yeah. Many injectors overdo the central upper lip and neglect the sides. Make sure to find someone experienced in them lateral enhancement techniques, at least, if you do decide to choose filler.

V-Y mucosal advancement is the best option for permanent lateral upper lip projection, but surgeon skill is absolutely critical here. You'll swell for a few weeks too, but who cares?
