Will fillers increase definition to my face?

When I take a selfie I look more defined but in this photo I look bloated and boneless. Will fillers give me some angularity? I can’t afford implants or ZSO since Im 19. I know my ears are fucked up but they are easy to fix with otoplasty or otostick so please guys focus on the rest of my face not ears.

filler migration occurs when its not injected deep enough or done poor by the injector.
