Will getting braces and palate expander help?

it will only help if you keep tall posture with s straight neck and tucked chin all the time otherwise it'll fuck you up more

I'm not finished yet but its been getting less forward every day
2 days you'll see noticable results I'll upload a thread when I have enough forward growth
