Not really imo as I can only shift the alveolar process and not by much, my ortho had an elastics plan I thought was good since he corrected my diastemas, I have class 1 on on side and class 2 on the other

I'll get proper ortho treatment this year + trimax. I visited 4 orthodontists for compensation orthodontics. 3 rejected me because of the reabsorbed teeth roots from camoflage ortho. And I might lose some teeth during 2nd ortho and surgery because of that.
