Will getting jaw surgery combined with jaw implants ascend me significantly?

I have a narrow and recessed jaw.i'm often rated ltn because of it(although I have a good eye area). could jaw surgery fix recession and jaw implants give bigonial width?. can I ascend significantly through this ?
