Does it matter? If you have to get them removed and is making feel pain then there is nothing else you can do. If you leave them there they might fucked up your teeth even more

I'm 17 and they're coming in, don't know why so early but it is what it is.

They're not painful but I can see them coming in sideways, should I wait until they become a problem? In the meantime I'll use antiseptic mouthwash to kill any bacteria.

Just take them out tbh will save you a lot of pain and unwanted teeth problems
