Will GH or IGF help at 20 years old?

I thought your height growth plates and facial ones close or stop growing at like 18 but just found out for males it can range from like 18-21 depending when you started puberty. I’m about to turn 20 and I started puberty late, would taking GH or IGF help grow bones and maybe increase height I’m 6 foot anyway but could get more

No even if they were open youll get maximum 1-2 cms if your lucky

You areldy are 6'0 posture max you can Gain from 2 to 4 cm, also check growth plates.

Well, if theyre open, u can grow
But u would need to use high doses. Using IA together, and u wouldnt miraculously increase several cm
Same for ur face. But idk, get tested
