Yes it limites igf -1 but expect to grow frame from muscle by 4-5 inches rather than bone after 14
Frame still continues to grow from 14-25 but very minorly until you create some microfractures to it

I’ve been doing ohp a dlatersl raises and my shoulder been getting big over the last two months (I started of anotexic) but I still have small chest and I lost some facial leanness. How long until I can cut

Bulk for atleast 6 months
Also natty training is kind of a meme if you don't have good genes tbh

I’m just wanna put on a bit of mass so I can add 1-2 inches to frame and cut down to 10%. I’m gonna try sarms after 1-2 years once I get y routine down and get newbie gains

Glucosamine interferes with IGF1 but chondroitin doesn’t. I’ve been trying to find a MSM and Chondroitin supplement that doesn’t contain Glucosamine

I don’t know how long the Supplement remains active but taking it in the morning should be better since you get a lot of your HGH during REM sleep

Don't worry about Glucosamine messing with IGF 1. Too much IGF 1 causes cancer anyway. You need high, not too high IGF 1.

it’s not worth it in my opinion, just cope with MSM + Chondroitin and doing hangs to help preserve your morning height

This, I’m taking glucosamine + Chondroitin. At 20, natty IGF-1 is basically a meme in terms of frame & height growth. Glucosamine isn’t going to completely stunt you anyways. But if you care, there are two ways to limit Glucosamine’s negative effects on IGF-1.
1. Take it in the morning instead of in the evening when growth hormone pulses are higher and more if it is released by the pituitary gland. 2. MSM increases GH levels which means more conversion to IGF-1 in the liver by default. So taking higher dosage of MSM can also help counteract the effects.

That's HGH/somatotrophin itself & other related stuff, not IGF-1.

But obviously both can be bad, but HGH itself is much worse to experiment with than upping IGF-1.

Yeah I’ve been doing it for over a month with no issue. It will make your joints super strong too.

Could you explain some of the joint stuff? How much height could I get over say a few months .5 inch will be mogger

I’m not really sure, it varies by the person. Some people get 2cm over 12 months, some only get 0.25cm. The supplements just make the joints thicker.

Maintainig mnorning height an night is probably ther biggest thing anyways bc you can probablkyt save like .5 icnhes at night. Anything else is just extra imo.

Glucosamine/Chondroitin should definitely help with that.
