This, I’m taking glucosamine + Chondroitin. At 20, natty IGF-1 is basically a meme in terms of frame & height growth. Glucosamine isn’t going to completely stunt you anyways. But if you care, there are two ways to limit Glucosamine’s negative effects on IGF-1.Don't worry about Glucosamine messing with IGF 1. Too much IGF 1 causes cancer anyway. You need high, not too high IGF 1.

Maintainig mnorning height an night is probably ther biggest thing anyways bc you can probablkyt save like .5 icnhes at night.
