Muslims say those children are a test for the parents and are side characters

I know people say we are made in God's image, but they forget that everything bad comes from sin.

So wouldn't fixing a recessed jaw, or a huge nose be a good thing since it restores person to the pre-corrupted state.

I don't think god created us to be deformed or have glaring problems, I do think things like boob implants and vanity stuff is a sin.

God would just tell you to embrace it and comfort you by saying he will punish the lookist ones
does it really matter?
It does if you can truly visualize the pain and discomfort of hell

why would he make you ugly to begin with then? there is already enough suffering for me to now having to worry about how my appeareance is gonna make my life harder

No i just belive the original image they should have been having been corrupted when sin entered the world, by satan.

The bible talks about us having new bodies on the new earth, free of defects and deformities, and will be the perfect form that God originally intended.

But how is it their fault that their body was "corrupted" by this "sin"?

you would just get looksflation bo, psl 7.5 would become psl 1
You'll need to elaborate here because I don't seem to understand your point.
There won't be such a thing as 'looksflation' because beauty isn't based on some trivial number but rather an internal & instinctual feeling.

I think everybody would pass the deadline to be lovable thus personality would be the primary thing

The thing with Abrahamic religions that I don’t understand is that if we are all created equal, then why is one given more opportunities than the other leading them to follow their faith much more than someone who comes from lesser circumstances.

It's not their fault, and no religion including Christianity will have an clear answer on why bad things happen.

There is a whole story in the bible about this its the book of Job, job had everything taken from him and he cried out to god and asked him why these things happened to him. God then took Job on a tour of the universe and explained its order, beauty, and danger. God also showed Job the vastness of the earth, the gates of death, and the storehouses of snow. God then showed Job that the world is more complex than reward and consequence and that humans should trust God's wisdom and character. More complex than the human mind can process.

We only know that life on Earth is finite, and god gave us a promise for eternal life free from pain.

God choosing the Jews was not a form of giving them superiority over everybody, it was part of a covenant and a mission that God wanted to achieve. The Jews were molded to spread the word of god.

Throughout the bible, the chosen people were not free from hardships, if you think about their slavery in Egypt among other things. The Jews being chosen and molded were the base for Christianity.

The New Testament which is what Christians follow is very clear on the fact that everyone is equal, because everyone had a choice to choose salvation or not. After Jesus was resurrected the apostles went all over the world Africa, India, Europe, Asia to spread the good news.

The greatest gift is eternal life and that is accessible by anyone of any race, culture, and ethnicity.

You're telling me a 6'4 Chad has the same chance to believe in God as a 5'5 Indian who was neglected during his whole childhood years? Makes 0 sense

You also realize you can be indoctrinated into believing in something other than the "real god" by your parents or the government. In what way is this even justified?

When God sent his son Jesus Christ to Earth, he healed people of their diseases and disorders, even the ones who had been born with said disorders and diseases, did he not? There's your answer.

It is actually harder to genuinely follow god when you have things like looks and money. The bible says "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the Kingdom of God".

I was agnostic and I realized what the point of being agnostic without looking for a religion, I looked at religions and Christianity makes the most sense and has the most evidence compared to something like Islam.

Religions are all entirely faith-based, I don't personally believe that god is going to speak to you or come down and reveal himself to you although it is possible.

What I know is that the bible is a very good book to read for Christian or not, its essentially a life guide and how to get through hardships and Christianity gave me a community of great people that I would have not met otherwise. It also gave me peace.

Think of it like this, like how human beings by heart are sinful beings who can never be perfectly pure and sinless, human beings by face and looks are imperfect and can never be perfectly symmetrical and perfect looking.

In the Bible, there was a being known as Lucifer (now known as Satan) who tried to be as perfect as God, who tried to ascend to his level, committing the sin of Pride. If your desire to be more attractive/better looking is simply for the simple reason of looking better, you will not be committing a sin in God's eyes. The only time it'd be a sin is if you were to do it to challenge God or to try to ascend yourself to his place even lookswise, which obviously isn't the case almost ever.

There is a line somewhere

You can think of it like the problem with money. We all need money to live and making money is not a sin however there is a point where you can reach greed and the prospect of money encompasses your whole life turning your eyes from god.

I think the same thing applies to vanity.
