Will going on a short starvemaxx/cut stunt my growth

Im 15 right now turning 16 next june, I wanna go on a short starvemaxx/cut for like maybe 2-3 weeks to debloat a little bit, im already at 10.6 percent bodyfat but my face is a little bloated and I know its not my maxilla cause its not recessed and my zygos are alright, I dont think its gonna affect my growth in the grand scheme of puberty right?
 
I wouldn’t starvemax until after puberty at all

Better to be safe than sorry

If ur a teenager in puberty I’d recommend just eating normal maybe healthier options but a good amount

Compensate the calories by doing exercise never go on a starve diet

I already burn 2000 cals minimum a day at 10% bf I eat no processed foods only meat or fruit and my face still bloated asf genuine ropefuel

cut out processed sugars, a good ammount sodium, and maybe some carbs

At ur age might be the youth fat that generally tightens later on

But even if u manage to get lean under 10% bodyfat and ur face looks leaner it’s gonna be impossible to maintain that and be healthy all year round even mentally

People who go sub 10% are usually for a short window for some bodybuilding show or something like that and usually don’t stay that way long

You can try water cut? other than that try lower sodium and higher potassium

I do, i only eat real foods, no snacks or any bs and I only eat fruits w sugar and carbs like bananas and stuff for energy before workouts. My parents usually don't overseason the food and its usually low sodium, I eat salmon, chicken, and beef throughout the week and my body is naturally lean so I think getting to 9 percent is sustainable, maybe.

i spam this bodyarmor powder shi which has 0 cals and 700 mg of potassium so i take 2 a day
 
Why are you starvemaxxing at 10 percent? ATP it might just be bones bro

How did you get ur bodyfat % since I find it hard that even people very prone to storing fat on their face would have a bloated face at that level

Maybe ur face isn’t chubby and ur looking for things you can’t have due to bone structure or youth fat

Maybe you could try to reach 9% by burning more calories through exercise and see if it makes a difference

Idk my zygos are somewhat decent and im not recessed but my gonions are slightly inwards so maybe thats why? Idk i have this stupid fat around my mouth and it makes me wanna rope. I try too but its hard for me to burn more than 2000 consistantly, I do tennis so i play for 3-4 hours which is around 1600 cals and I either run 5 miles or do sprints, both burn about the same amount

Maybe at 15 the best thing u can do is start chewing since ur bones are still growing and if you exercise ur jaw muscles you can make visible changes by the time puberty ends

You can definitely get more wide lower jaw with it

should I get some sort of jaw trainer? also its not that my cheeks are necessarily fat but theres some fat left around that area and its preventing me from getting hallows. Im trying to get more test so i can get better fat distribution but idk if its cope or not

Just chew sugarless tasteless gum daily on both sides of the jaw to the point of exhaustion

People nowadays don’t use their mouth due to soft foods that’s why humans are the only animals who get crooked teeth that’s not natural

During puberty you can make a massive difference by chewing daily since simply putting pressure on ur jaw will in turn make it stronger and more defined

It would only occur if you push it too far

If u already have it then chewing gum isn’t a good idea until it heals but chewing is something the jaw is designed to do and it’s the only effective way to grow ur gonial muscles or even bones if ur younger
