Will going to gym make you shorter ?

I’ve heard it will make you shoter I personally just workout upper body and started the gym with legs but stopped because it will make your shorter sure if this is true anyways I don’t like working out legs

If you are in early-mid puberty and do heavy workouts it can possibly stun your growth, not make you shorter jfl

There isn't a single scientific study that suggests this. Logically, as long as you don't injure yourself and ego lift , all it will do is make you healthier and increase testosterone closer to your natural ceiling.

And this is with all movements or just lower like legs possibly back exercises?

I appreciate that I’ve always heard rumors when I was younger never to do leg presses or other leg exercises because they cut on your growth

heavy compound lifts raise test and gh or so i've heard so i doubt it

No it actually does the opposite for example lest body fat = lest aromatase happening/ less E2 to close growth plates further more more testosterone = more igf 1 the rumour comes from your spine getting compress when you work out temporary making you a few cm shorter but you can easily fix this by scratching or simply going to sleep and walking up in the morning
