I’ve been exercising since i was 12 and i’m 15 now and take it pretty seriously. i have a nice physique and im strong and whatnot, but i’ve heard it can apparently waste your test. namely from chalomtn on tiktok and just as a whole i’ve heard it’s not good to stress yourself out. i only go max 2-3 times a week for the past probably year or more to ensure lots of rest, but i used to do 4-6 days like a fucking retard. is this really gonna ‘waste my test’ or is it relatively ok because i take lots of rest
