I’ve been exercising since i was 12 and i’m 15 now and take it pretty seriously. i have a nice physique and im strong and whatnot, but i’ve heard it can apparently waste your test. namely from chalomtn on tiktok and just as a whole i’ve heard it’s not good to stress yourself out. i only go max 2-3 times a week for the past probably year or more to ensure lots of rest, but i used to do 4-6 days like a fucking retard. is this really gonna ‘waste my test’ or is it relatively ok because i take lots of rest
 
do you notice any difference in libido and sleeping during days you go gym

No bro. exercising builds test, that's like common sense. I feel like these tiktokers are trying to eliminate competition :feelswat:
 
Weightlifting stresses the body, and if done excessively, it is not ideal for long-term heart health.
Do Aerobic exercise. It is better for cardiovascular health, and maybe integrate some moderate-intensity lifting alongside it - can still promote muscle growth without overloading the system.
Weightlifting only causes a temporary testosterone spike related to muscle repair and growth, but it doesn't significantly influence overall testosterone secretion throughout the day. So, it’s also useless for T-Maxxing.
