Will hair growth oil help me grow eyebrows?

My eyebrows are really thin and faded but my hair covers it. Its mainly genetics but i still want to grow dark eyebrows that are actually seen. Will using oil just do nothing for me or will it actually be helpful??

my eyebrows were relatively thick but rosemary oil+gylcerine helped it fill it up, the greatest growth was in my lashes

rosemary or minox or those brow serums would work fine
