I want height growth, but it seems like wishful thinking to get that and not expect growth in the skull, I know the cranium vault is like 95% already fused by age 5, but still, has anyone on HGH experienced this

No. If your sutures are all still functional, the growth of your skull will be in all dimensions. Look at people with pituitary disorders. They may typically have quite distant eye spacing and horizontal cranial growth, but they also have long midfaces and tall jaws.
