I checked out the BOTB article but couldn't really find a conclusive answer to whether or not HGH will make you surpass your genetic potential. At the end of it the guy says that in his opinion it wont make you surpass your genetic potential but on other articles I've seen some people say otherwise so would it be worth it or not for me to take it? I'm 14 5'10, mom is 5'7, dad is 5'9. Doctor said that I would reach around 6'-6'2, if I kept up my good habits like eating and sleeping well. I just need someone to confirm whether or not if it'll make me surpass my genetic potential because if it doesn't, then I'll probably still reach my genetic potential and if it does, then I'll probably take it to surpass my genetic potential.

Yes it probably will, I would reckon maybe like an inch or two, im too lazy to find a video but there’s one that addresses this exact concern and explains why it would, the question is how much because that’s complete speculation for the most part but there is good reason to believe it would. Now one thing to consider is adding an armoitase inhibitor that would prevent estrogen from spiking which would prevent bone plate closure, a combo with this would in theory let you grow to however tall you want to be. There is concern about tanking estrogen in puberty though for your brain.

I'm an early bloomer, also 6' is literally going to be the new 5'9 in the future. I've talked to 5 of my friends and they all said that they are going to be at least 6'1.

Is estrogen spiking usually guaranteed with HGH? Or is it just a risk?

No I’m not saying estrogen spiking is caused by hgh, whether you take hgh or not, your bones will eventually close, which is caused by your body spiking estrogen. It does this intentionally, preventing this spike prevents your plates from closing.

Hm what do you think would be more optimal if I were to just take one? I'm not sure if I have the money for both. Would I rather keep my growth plates open for longer or grow faster before they close?

its safer to take just hgh, I would not recommend taking an AI because its not worth the risk messing with your brain, personally I wouldnt even take hgh in your scenario. What I would do is just eat a carnivore diet, consisting of meat from ruminant animals salt and water, 0 carbs, and you can add cheese heavy cream, etc.

Are you sure? I don't know if I'll beat my potential through just what I eat. Also are you sure about just a carnivore diet? I should probably eat fruits too. Correct me if I'm wrong though. And finally, the point of not eating carbs is to not raise insulin right? I'm just wondering for the last question.

Where can I find a reliable one? Many of them contradict each other.
Nigga google Hgh height study and youll find multiple that conclude patients on average grew 5-7cm/year over predicted height
Found no studies that contradict it’s height benefits

no you should't eat fruit, you should buy the book contraindicated by Edward A. Goeke, or binge his content on youtube if you dont have the money. but yes spiking insulin is one of many problems, and glycation as well. Many other problems, but to optimize your height potential, you want to consume foods that are indicated, and not contraindicated.

Bitches aren’t getting any taller so if your pass 6’0 who fucking cares the more height you get after that just helps you in basketball

For all the ones that I found they did say that growth hormone increased the height for children, but children with idiopathic short stature. Not children with regular growth hormone levels. I want to know if and how much height would increase for me since I have regular growth hormone levels.

That’s the best you can base if off
If you’ve ever taken a psychology class you would know that modern studies on regular humans likely wouldn’t get approved or collect volunteers
For reference I’ve grown over 1.5cm in the last 6 weeks on 6iu hgh

Also I have one final question. Have you had any side effects with 6iu? On some other threads I've seen people say that 3iu or 4iu is good and that you might face harsh side effects with constant high doses. Are they wrong?

Nigga one they are wrong 2 they are pussies
I’m even a bit of a pussy and I’m still on 6iu

The only main side I noticed was blood glucose levels: went up to 145 with no berberine and are at 120 currwntly
I’m doing everything I can rn to get them down to ~90 so I can up my dose to 8iu

Very minor sides: I feel more horny at night (maybe placebo?) and my feet just felt a lil weird today for like 15 minutes super mild though
