Nothing would really change, society would just re-establish tiers, even with the smaller differences between individuals. If we all looked deformed, out of us the least deformed (who would be considered subhuman now), might be seen as chads, simply since they are less deformed. It always scales corresponding to what is available, so yes it most likely would stay a thing.
