Will I be able to reach 5’10? 13 5’7 14 next month

Hi, so my puberty started maybe 3 and a half or even 4 years ago now back in early 2021. During lockdown my entire diet consisted of meaningless slop, I was getting no more than 7 hours of sleep every night (guess id make up for it in the daytime but quality of sleep was awful) and exercise for me was practically nonexistent. My hormones were all over the place, one minute I felt upset other minute I wanted to break my bedroom door in half. Now in february 2025 I’m only 5’7 though I thought I would be at least 5’8 by now. My dad is 6’0 or 5’11 mum is around 5’4 and if it helps I take after my mother in terms of looks. My older brother is 6’3 18 little brother is 5’6 he’s 11 the difference between me and them is that they take after my dad looks wise. My grandfather is 5’9 on mother’s side. I’ve only grew an inch and a half since christmas 2023, is it over hahahaha?

yeah you might not hit your growth spurt, idrk, but your family is tall so you likely will hit a growth spurt, but be sure to focus on diet, exercise, and sleep. dont listen to the ppl telling you to take vitamins you can get them naturaly instead of wasting your money on something made in a factory

Nothing is certain, but you have a tall father and older brother. Your younger brother is also tall for his age, so I think it’s pretty likely you’ll be at least 5’10. Again, nothing is certain tho, only time will tell.
