I don't know if it works or not ppl here call it a meme but if it works on the same principle as MSE will i get gaps in my teeth after doing it as mse also creates gaps?

No because it doesnt work. Do you think pulling autisticly with your thumbs for 30 minutes a day has the same force as 24/7 galvanized square steel?
