I'm 6'2 and I'm 19. My parents are 6'0 and 5'10.
Is there a possibility I reach 6'3/6'4 in the future?
Or have I reached my limit.

You prob will grow more you have tall parents. My dad is 6’2 mom is 5’6 and both of my brothers are 6’+ so you should be good.

First sentence here literally says you're ideal height jfl, also as you could see being very tall comes with more health risks, I'd take better health even if sometimes I would get heightmogged by like 0.4% of the population.
If you're still worried about your height you can ask a doctor to Xray your growth plates. And to heightmaxx you need to do the trivial things like eat and sleep well (which you should already be doing). Taking HGH at this point isn't worth it as even if your growth plates are still open, they won't stay like that for long

From what I've read, if your growth plates are still open , Test (Gives you height gains for the first few months, so it's nice around the end end of puberty), Aromatase inhibitors and HGH. Pull up any heightmaxxing thread here and you'll see the same stuff.
But as I said, all these run risks and are also kinda expensive, and given that you're already good height and growth plates are probably closed/about to close anyway, I don't recommend, so do at your own consideration.
