im 15, currently about 5’10-5’10.5, my dad is 6’0, my mom is 5’10, i grew 1,5cm since late december, also wanted to know if “you grow on your birthday the most” is true. I really hope to make it over 6’3

YES definitely. You have a bigger chance if you sleep a lot, eat well (lots of protein and milk) and exercise (you can find many guides in here)

Im currently about 67kg, eating 3-4k cals a day and not gaining weight
you go to the gym? if so i assume its because you both train a lot and maybe have hypermetabolism

Yes, i go to the gym 4 times a week, I noticed a RAPID growth when i started gym at 14

If you are not gaining weight you are not eating enough. Simple.

The foods you eat are important for height growth. Get raw milk if you can and get raw kefir too, they both help with precursors for height growth.

Drinking about 600-1000ml of milk a day, sleeping consistenly 7.5-9 hours a day, exercising 4 times a week, i play a lot of basketball and walk a lot

nice bro, keep going. don't overexercise and be sure to be well rested and recovered. you could try dead hangs if you want. let me know how it goes

need more milk in there, you want to really let your inner steppe come into your day to day life
