Will i really get acromegaly from 6 iu hgh or cjc?

I just want bonemass I’m already doomed about height i have grown 1 cm in close to 6 months plates are probably nearly fused I’m gonna check. I will not do stupid high doses and will take days off if its better ( 5 days on 2 off for hgh). I will also inject with caution and accordingly so is it possible i still would get acromegaly?
