basically i have been seeing alot of ppl saying that running is the best way to burn calories but i can only run at a moderately high pace (treadmill) for abt 20 mins max before i have to lower pace. however lately i have been walking at 6.0 pace at 15 incline for 40 mins/daily and i have been losing app. 400-500 calories per session. should i continue on this path or should i get better at running? keep in mind that my only goal is to lower my bodyfat% as much as possible to get a lean face.
