silicone implants cannot do that but depends on the power of an impact.
some punchs can break your skull even without an implant.
you can check these news.
i just writed "punch break jaw" and get numerous of incidents like that.
so it's not just about the implant i guess.

That's not the point mate. In boxing you sometimes have to take a punch. Nothing you can do. You can "become a better boxer" and avoid getting hit at all. Did mohanned Ali never get hit? Or Mike Tyson?
