18 late bloomerHow old are u
also do you know my BIGGEST flaws that i can fixHow old are u
lowkey over softmaxxing wont work anymore18 late bloomer
shit uncle what flaws can you see im like 35% bf so alot of bone structure wont show but like what do u see as flawslowkey over softmaxxing wont work anymore
save up for surgeries
my ortho said if i put on invisalign with elastics for the next year he can control the growth of my jaw to be in a better direction
so not softmaxxes will help my appearance? I'm trying to be just like average or slightly above average when i lean downAt 18, invisalign can help mask your overbite and improve the bite relationship which can make your side profile look somewhat better. However skeletal growth is largely complete by your age. Orthodontics can move teeth but it cant meaningfully redirect mandible or maxillary development.
Your biggest facial failos are due to mandible recession (visible in the chin) and also insufficient maxillary projection (indicated by your long midface). These are jaw base issues, not just dental ones. At this stage, correction of the mandible requires bsso, and maxillary advancement requires le fort i osteotomy.

You definitely can lock in on your diet and skin care, and it would significantly improve your overall looks, but to improve ur facial proportions you’d need hardmaxso not softmaxxes will help my appearance? I'm trying to be just like average or slightly above average when i lean down
I understand, do you think I am able to hit mtn with these flaws of mine? or do you see it as very uncommon as in other posts people did recognize that I'm recessed but they said it's not too bad and definitely can come back from itYou definitely can lock in on your diet and skin care, and it would significantly improve your overall looks, but to improve ur facial proportions you’d need hardmax
If u go the hardmax route, u could easily reach mtn and beyond. If u rely only on softmax, it will be harder to ascend your looks significantly. You don’t look exceptionally bad, but u would need some interventions to see serious improvementI understand, do you think I am able to hit mtn with these flaws of mine? or do you see it as very uncommon as in other posts people did recognize that I'm recessed but they said it's not too bad and definitely can come back from it
sounds good thanks boss wish me luck I'll talk to my ortho about surgery but i feel like i should lose fat first to see what structure I have underneathIf u go the hardmax route, u could easily reach mtn and beyond. Absolutely, getting lean is necessary. All the bestsounds good thanks boss wish me luck I'll talk to my ortho about surgery but i feel like i should lose fat first to see what structure I have underneath
what do u think of Elastics? my Ortho noted mandibular Recession and said he can place some elastics to fix my overjet; im kind of flustered on the topic, i know elastics cant help true skeletal deficiency, but i dont believe i have actual mandibular recession, maybe a small amount of chin recession but my jaw looks normal. At 18, invisalign can help mask your overbite and improve the bite relationship which can make your side profile look somewhat better. Elastics can definitely help improve your situation if its only overjet and not a severe overbite. Neither braces nor elastics will make u recessed as long as no extractions r involved, and even then it would probably mostly affect mandible rather than the maxilla in any noticeable waywhat do u think of Elastics? my Ortho noted mandibular Recession and said he can place some elastics to fix my overjet; im kind of flustered on the topic, i know elastics cant help true skeletal deficiency, but i dont believe i have actual mandibular recession, maybe a small amount of chin recession but my jaw looks normal.
Will they give maxillary recession? my overjet is horrible and i really want to fix it.
Oh man perfect, Thank you so much for this. My ortho already noted that my Maxilla is well developed, U-Shape and an 8 teeth (possibly can expand to a 10 teeth smile naturally) but my overjet is honestly masking my lower teeth.Elastics can definitely help improve your situation if its only overjet and not a severe overbite.
