From my research looking at reputable doctors like Paley and Donghoon 6cm is the safe upper limit going past that will hinder your biomechanics also femur is safer than tibia because the Achilles’ tendon is quite sensitive.

I thought it was a meme, people actually get this surgery? I can understand putting plastic into your face and flesh carving but cutting your leg bones and putting metal rods for no practical reason is too much.

Maybe I don't understand the pain of manlets, however they only give you a few inches? If you're turbo manlet it won't do much anyway.
