I've pretty much got everything in place, except for a solid lower third. It's a bit short, so I could use more length there. My chin and jawline are good.

Kind of like what happened with Chris Hemsworth's lower third surgery. Before, he looked a bit fuller, more like me, but afterward, even though it’s a bit exaggerated, he has that strong, almost ogre-like lower third. And honestly, it works well for his face.

Are there any temporary ways to enhance the height of the lower third and chin, just to get a feel for how it might look with more length?

if more masculine = older to you then yes you will look "older". the only way to accelerate your aging is roids overeating and stress.

They were jaw fillers, not surgery

Yeah, with fillers. Temporary meaning 6-18 months and sometimes even 24+ months depending on the type of filler used
