Norwood reaper is the sole entity causing balding, not DHT.
The reaper solely uses DHT as a proxy to attack the follicles, without the reaper DHT is harmless in terms of follicle degradation.

so, there is no point blocking DHT synthesis with dut/fin, as the norwood reaper is still alive, he will use other means of follicle degrdation, either with the little DHT left or he will just create new 5a reductase enzymes in his basement.

so, to stop badling? you must kill the reaper.
