im 15 and i think im balding, im gonna go to the doctor soon but either way my hairline is fucked, im planning to use minoxidil + maybe derma roller until end of puberty and then hop on finasteride, will minoxidil help or is it just cope? what concentration?

Minoxidil will help you, but remember it's meant to be a treatment, it can help stop the progression of the hairline recession and help recover a bit of hair, but until you treat the hormonal cause behind the issue you will keep balding. I'm sure you already know that though.

Yes, no one under 18 should be using finasteride or dutasteride, some people claim it's under 16, but I wouldn't take the chance. And even then, ideally it's only best until you're over 21, but 18 is likely fine

also im not sure if im even balding because its just one side (left) thats fucked maybe thats just 0/10 genetics but either way it looks terrible so im doing something about it
