For bone mass? Not too late to take stuff for bone mass, but Mk677 is a very poor way to go about it, you're better off using HGH or androgenic compounds.

physilogically we know it works. 20 mg a day for 4 months is the equivalent of 1-2 ius of gh for 4 monthsl its a subtle change. wount make you chad unless you high cl but the bonemass is noticable increase

Yeah it’s also pretty expensive, i would deffinetly recomend using mk677. Just check ur blood sugar every morning and if it goes even a bit over the recomended then stop immedeatly taking it.

It’s deffinetly not useless, but the results are not gonna be that crazy as many people expect
