Will moving your mid-face forward make your eyes vertically narrow?

When you get a surgery like a High Lefort 2 or modified Lefort 3 that moves the lower orbital rims forward, will that create more narrowness vertically in your eye shape?

Or is Almond Eye surgery and Infraorbital + Supraorbital Rim implants the only way to make eyes narrow?

YES. There was a study where facepulling both non bone and bone anchored pulling resulted in less scelar show
