Will MSE ascend a narrow skull?

I have a very narrow and long skull, genuinely VERY narrow I rarely see people as narrow as me IRL but I am still considered attractive IRL. I believe that if i had a wider skull, I would be considered much more attractive and that it (My narrow skull) is my greatest failo. My palate is already quite a good size (Around 41mm or so) but it could be better. My nose is on the wider side but it's not African tier (Not to be racist).

Is MSE worth it for me for a bit of a wider skull? With me having such a narrow skull there's a chance this could be a very nice looksmax. Or will it just mess up my harmony, make me more asymmetric and my nose even wider, and is overall just not worth it? Like I said, I am considered attractive IRL so there are definitely risks here, I am not trying to descend.

its an ectomorph trait , im well developed ( good chin , good zygos and good jaw ) but my skull is just too narrow and long and people always bring it up to me like i dont feel unsecure already

Medium length hair is the solution, long hair on the side. Maybe even skull/jaw and perhaps even zygo implants to widen our faces out more too

i personally look much better with longer hair, im sure there's a way im sure you could style your hair though that adds some width to your face.... even just getting a low taper fade instead of a high one, for example, will help you out!

i look better with a mid-high fade and short on top it makes me look smarter lol, what's your hair type mine is 3b
