I’m scheduled for a bimaxillary osteotomy (likely Lefort 1 + BSSO) after my traction (TR) treatment, and I’ve been thinking a lot about the aesthetic outcome. My biggest concern is that the surgery might make my face look rounder, softer, and less masculine.
I’m aiming for a sharper, more defined and masculine look strong jawline, good angles not a baby-faced or puffy aesthetic.
For those of you who’ve gone through double jaw surgery, how did your face change? Did you gain more angular definition, or did your face become softer and rounder? Is there anything I should be aware of to avoid that?
