will my facial bones still grow if my puberty started earlier?

I hit puberty at around 12-13 (voice cracking, first facial hair) and I haven't noticed alot of bone growth from around december of 2023 (I'm turning 15 next month), should I just be patient and let puberty do its thing? idk what's early puberty or not because my friends are only having it start now at around 14-15.

Starting puberty around 12-13 years old is within the typical range for boys. Puberty can start anywhere from about 9 to 14 years of age.

Yeah I think just let puberty do its thing. stay kind of lean and eat healthy and youll be good
