It depends if your acne is caused by what you're eating or not. If it's not, then nope, eating just salad won't do anything to get rid of your acne.
Have you seen a derm to figure out the cause of your acne?

what have you already tried to eliminate your acne? are you seeing a dermatologist?

a salad only diet is retarded, just avoid processed and sugary foods and diary for a month and see if that helps (spoiler: it will)
