Height is mostly genetic and you cannot change that but what you can do is grow your highest genetic height potential which is what im gonna do it is a bit late but i still have time to grow since i hit puberty a bit late at 16.5 now i just turned 19 on 11/11 , from today im going to optimize every essential nutrient that is needed for height and bone density growth is that going to be enough to grow taller or am i going to need hgh too?
My uncle from my moms side is 195 cm and shes 174 cm and my uncle from my fathers side is 184 cm and hes 172 cm while my parents a bit shorter than their siblings i still can grow taller
im 175 cm rn my predicted height from chatgpt is 178-184 cm which is the high end im pretty sure which is going to be hard to hit unless my growth plates close later in my twenties rather than a year from now, how do i know my growth plates are open? because i have grown a bit in the past 6 months
+ my sister is literally my height and was taller than me when she hit puberty but now we're the same height
