If I somehow marry and get a kid will getting him a palate expander at a really young age like 5 help with his maxillary growth?

does age matter with the palate expander, 16 and thinking abt getting one
Yes, you can't get a regular palate expander now because your palate is fused. You need a surgically assisted palate expander (SARPE) they basically reopen the palate surgically.

wrd, is there any way to get a fuller smile at 16 or would the palate expander or "sarp" be the only thing

Some people suggest thumb pulling, but its cope. It won't do anything when your palate is fused, so SARPE is the only option.

Dude if you expand your palate at an older age it’s just gonna make your smile wider your maxilla isn’t gonna grow forward

nigga if your bones are fused already your maxilla isn't gonna magically grow forward from a palate expander
Hence, the surgically assisted palate expander.
