Thanks im probs goona order some potassium later in the month but for now ill stick to natural supplements

no but if you want to lower your sodium intake and increase potassium at the same time it will fuck up your test

So your saying i should take some time inbeetwen i mean i dont really intake sodium that much but if u mean that u have to wait some time so first off do 1 and later on do the other one how much time (if u mean that)
