Will puberty fix my fucked eye area?

Preferably without surgery, because I would have to wait 2 years. But what surgery would be useful here?

Also if I continue mewing combined with puberty, could an improvement in bone structure have a positive effect?

NCT (negative) can be saved by hooding, ive seen it alot before
usually prettyboy chads, not masculine though
