Im just wondering if it has any affect on energy or performance. If anyone’s on Reta that also plays sports tell me ur experience.

- More stable energy can lead to longer workouts without early fatigue
- Reduced cravings might help with food planning around workout times
- Improved sleep quality means you recover faster from activity
- Some report feeling less joint pain as weight drops, making movement easier
- Motivation tends to increase when progress shows up on the scale and in how workouts feel

Yes indirectly

If you don't consume enough calories, your performance will decline, and you'll play worse on Reta. It made me extremely fatigued, and I couldn't even eat over 1000 calories a day some days. Even when I tried to eat for energy, I just puked it all out. In my experience, it saps all your energy.

Stay at a stable body fat percentage above 10, eat enough calories, and you'll be fine,

Okay thanks. Im sitting at about 25% bf so if I take a small dose of Reta and stay at a stable BF u think I’ll be fine?
