If it does, is there any pictures to proove it? Once i turn 16 and get a job, i dont wanna be spending basically half or most of my monthly paycheck on a cycle, it its just gonna give me like 1mm of bonemass or something (yes in exaggerating but you get the point) if yes, will the change be noticable?

Yes especially if you started at 14-16 and stayed consistent and ate right
