i have my appointment for septoplasty next summer (for actual breathing purposes) though i dont know if septoplasty alone can fix a crooked nose. my nose is relatively large but i was thinking instead of getting rhinoplasty i can just wait until i get bimax (2 years from now) since i know that it can dramaticaly reduce the appearence of a large nose. so do i just get rhinoplasty with my septoplasty or just wait
