Like only eating 500-1000 calories a day

I don't know if you are familiar with bioenergetics, but you must radically eliminate large polyunsaturated acids. PUFAs are metabolic enemies.

After that you must: get enough sleep, walk more, grounding, enough sunlight, foods rich in vitamins and micronutrients such as liver and eggs, more fruits etc.

starvemaxxing is the worst way to leanmax possible , you'll feel like utter shit even if you manage to lose weight will mostly be muscles , water ,glycogen and you will relapse into eating much more than before at some point + your metabolism will crash like 9/11

500-700 calorie defict max is the way i learned this the hard way

90% of those calories must come from protein, the rest from a fruit if your choice.

U won't get skinny fat if you dry fast. Dry fasting is the fastest way to lose fat

and i didn't get it when i starvemaxxed for a month, i maybe lost 8 kg of fat and 2 kg of water weight
 
Do OMAD (One Meal A Day) and eat whatever you want during that one meal

i was in a 2500 calorie deficit bro i was losing like 2kg a week
if you want my honest opinion , probably larp i cannot think of someone being able to cut 2500 calories in normal conditions , your hunger has to be shut down artificially or you have to be in some extreme conditions like being homeless (not being able to get food).
On top of that if you really manage to cut like that you'll lose all the water weight just eat normal carbs again and see the weight go up even if you do mantaining or still calorie deficit

I did morning cardio everyday and burn like 300-450 calories i was hungry all the time but i killed that feeling by drinkin coffee or smoking tbh. I have problably gained 2 kg back from the water weight after the diet
