Will taking furosemide/lasix just for one day cause long term damage?

I have this one important event coming up and I wanna take furosemide to get an insane debloat just for that day

I heard it flushes out some important necessary nutrients for growth and I don’t wanna stunt my growth, but for one day it shouldn’t seem to do significant harm?
