Will testosterone + hgh ascend me at 17?

Im 17 in a matter of months and i need need help knowing if test + hgh will help me ascend. Im gonna ask for an x-ray before hand to make sure my plates are still open and also get a blood test before i hop on and get frequent tests when iv hopped on.

Any tips would help if anyone can recommend anything
