Will these following procedures ascend my eye area?

-Lower eyelid retraction- for the rounder eye to look more almond shape and minimise sclera show

-Ptosis surgery- so that my right eye doesn’t look sleepy

-Epicanthoplasty- so that it will lengthen my pfl

-Blepheroplasty- to fix my uneven UEE

Thoughts? - I know it won’t make a huge difference but my end goal is just so that my eyes look more symmetrical than it is rn
