Will this case require ccw or cw rotation?

As you can see, this guy has an underbite but he also has a short face syndrome, which would require a rotation in the opposite direction?
What would he need to get?

no just lefort 1/2 surely?
Yea obviously he would need a lefort 1 cut but would the maxilla need to be rotated upwards or downwards?

hard to say considering we cant see his teeth, but his anterior nasal spine points outwards so most likely downwards

I think he need a full downgraft of Maxilla , and if maxilla is downgraft ed fully he also need BSSO to add heigh

Impossible to say without a scans or at least a good look at his smile, but *typically* short face syndrome due to vertical maxillary deficiency calls for CW rotation.

What's the source btw?
