Accutane will likely fix 99.9% of your issues. If you want, you can just microdose it after you're clean. I don't see why you would move away from it and try tretinoin.

By the way... "Once finished ill do tret+sunscreen" implies you won't be using sunscreen while on Accutane. That's a very good way to age and cancermaxx.

so how do i dose my accutane, i wanted to do tret after since it promotes collagen, i was just being a retard and forgot sunscreen at accutane lmao

I would advise to keep dairy low aswell as in my own experience it can cause a marginal increase in acne
indeed, but dairy is good for a lot of others things, and considering everything he does, he would be fine

Drink your milk then.

As I said, its not as bad as sugar but should still be considered

A more aggressive approach to accutane is fine in the beginning, after your skin issues resolve you can lower to 40mg weekly, microdosing it. I'm like 80% sure high doses of Accutane long-term are hepatoxic.

Cleanser and use sunscreen in the morning, maybe add a vitamin E or C serum if you really care. Cleanse and maybe use a moisturizer or oil at night. That's the simplest skincare ever, and also the most effective. I use Tretinoin and not Accutane because I haven't been able to get a prescription for it or anything stronger, but the irritation is real in the beginning, just stick to Accutane, saying it from experience.

Hydration and clean eating are also important for solving your inflammation and a good bunch of your skin issues.

the thing is if i start light (10-20mg) its still gonna take almost the same time as if with a higher dosage (40mg) to take any notice if it really works, looking at the price i might run 20mg and if i dont see any progress i up it

Yeah, it's very mild acne and textural issues. I'd do 10-20mg daily until your skin is pretty much clear. After that, 20mg twice a week should suffice for preventing relapses.
