im very short and i "chopped" and i lowkey dont want it to be this way so ill list my plan and tell me if this correct?
and if im wrong please correct

for height i plan:

on also working out, doing the same diet( to be simple my diet is going to be the primal diet but without the raw stuff since i cant get my hands onto it due to strict parents) ofc drinking only milk and water, walking 10k steps in the sun, and thats it tbh

bonesmashing does work, but not in some ridiculous way. consistent over extended periods will of course result in development, especially with the cheekbones. hgh is the best way to amplify bonesmashing and it also benefits bone development overall, if you can afford it with a part-time job its benefits will be immense. your genetics are fucked, no amount of 'working out' will result in height gains. without the hormone, your chances are likely slim. chewing hard foods and gums will do jack shit, although drink as much milk as possible, as calcium, magnesium and potassium are the fundamental components for development. starve for a few days to reduce the fat in your face and body, temporarily spiking natural gh levels, then maintain a lean status. mewing does nothing.

woah so mewing doesnt effect AT ALL? i thought it would help bone development since im under puberty currently since its supposed to guide the correct way for to grow
the only benefit it has is encouraging nasal breathing. the idea that the tongue in the ceiling of the mouth is going to magically make the maxilla grow forward through 'pressure' is nonsense. tiktok tales. maybe it would of worked with soft developing skulls in children but not in later ages.

oohh ok thanks i'll continue mewing then but now i at least know the correct reason for it

you should get some supplements, get a job if u cant afford. i suggest sprints and sleep 8-10hr a day. there are some sketchy height methods out there if ur desperate enough like me haha

I suggest theragun(massage gun) for browridge and for more bone like shin.make it low magnitude high velocity frequency.and dont forget premolar chewing
